Australian Mo with DRL's - Nissan Murano

Thought I would show all those members who are yet to invest in the DRL option my new MO with them fitted.
They are not available over here I had to import them, thats how much I like them.
I also replaced my parkers with LED's to get the white look all round.

I guess you split the wiring loom for the DRL's since its a LHD loom ?

Would be good if someone figured out how to drop the DRL brightness/intensity to half & keep them on when the headlights are in operation

LED's match nicely....what did you use ? Do you have a night shot ?

Yea I agree they need to go to half brightness at night when you turn the lights on, as they are you couldn't have them on at night, they are way too bright.

I had to extend the wiring to fit theses on our RHD Mo, I had an auto electrician do it, Nissan didn't want to take the risk, too lazy.

The LEDs are off eBay, I got a pair with 26 LEDs on them, they go all down the 4 sides, really intense.

I just out some Polarg park/side light bulbs in (blue coated). An improvement on the stock mismatching yellows but not as brigth as yours so have some 26 LED blns like yours on the way!

Do you recall how many wires the DRL's had...2 or 3.

I've read on GTR forums that their DRL's (same for all markets) are set up for dimming at night (3 wires) but the US harness (possibly) is only setup for on & off (with Headlights on).

I want my Mo DRL's on at night but dimming .....before I splash some cash on them!

I can't recall, I know they can't be dimmed. I did some research and I'm pretty sure you could buy a module to connect to make them dimmable. A few years back I bought a set of Audi A6 LEDs for another car, they came with the module to dim them but I sold them when I sold the car. Anything is possible, look on ebay and search for A6 LEDs, see what comes up and do more research.
