BTW- How did you get an aftermarket deck to work with no mounting kit? DId you get one customed made and what did the kit cost you? |

Both sold!!
And the kit was done by a shop I use once in a while. It ran me 150 for it. But its very secure and can't just be pulled out. |

Do all your climate control buttons work etc and your screen? Can you provide me with the name and number of the shop that did it? Do you have pics you can post? |

All the climate buttons and screen work. I added a HU below the factory one in the little storage din. Pics are here

Great setup. Yes, can I get the name and number of the guy that did it for you as he is already familiar in creating it.
Also, who wired it up and how was it wired? Does your Bose system still work? I assume not, but you many things are possible these days.

The place is AutoFX out of Cherry Hill, NJ (856)665-6550
I wired the system, I had to drill a couple holes for the wires to do from behind the oem HU to the aftermarket one. Bose system was removed about 3 years ago, I never liked it. I have a 12" TC sounds Sub with 2 Phoenix Gold amps. The speakers were replaced with Boston Pro60's comps up front and Diamond coax in the back. |

Just for power, the Acc wire and ground. The RCA's run to the back. Everything is still plugged in and working on the oem unit, I can turn it on and everything. Just no sound will play with that unit. |

LOL, I figured it was with how u replied.
The steering wheel buttons do not work, but with many units there is a pac or other company unit that can give u steering wheel button control. Pac makes one. |
