I was hoping one of you experts could help me out...
I'm looking at purchasing a set of rims and tires for my 2004 nissan murano SL AWD.
The tires size - 245-30-22
Rim's - 22x9.5 and 114.3 x 5 bolt pattern
The questions? Will these rims and tires fit my SUV...? If so, would there be any negative effect?
Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks! |

The proposed tires are too small for the MO. The OEM tires have a diameter of 30.0" as compared to 27.8" for the proposed tires. The speedometer reading will be off as well; it will be reading 7.5% too fast.
You never mentioned the offset. What is the offset for the wheels?

I believe the offset is 40mm...
So What size of tire (compatible with 22" rims) would you recommend? |

Only you can decide what tire size is best for your application. Personally, I feel the stock tires are too small for the wheel openings (or are the wheel openings too big for the stock tires?) and would opt for tires slightly larger in diameter than the OEM skins.
Take a look at the Tires & Wheels section of this forum and you can see what others have done. You can also look through the gallery to see photos of some of the many options available to you.
The following link is for a tire size calculator. Just punch in the tire sizes and you can see the difference between any two tire sizes. Here's the link: Tire Size Calculator
