| Bought used 07 S AWD(12K Miles) but I was only given one key & no remote . I was promised 2 keys , my mistake I should have not made the downpayment until they made the key Now it looks they have forgotten thier promise. I ordered 2 keys(transponder ) and remote in E- bay. there are so may model # 0r FCC # of remote offered in the in E-bay. Anybody pls furnish me the FCC or model # of the remote of the 07 S awd MO..I ordered FCC-KBRASTU15..Model #ASTU15. Some # offered are CWTWBIU411..CWTWBIU415...Thanks |

A new MO comes with two keyfobs, two "regular" keys, and one valet key. It's kind of odd that a car less than a year old only has a single key and no keyfobs nor valet key. Who has the missing keys? The original owner? The dealer?
The key for the MO contains a small security chip that enables it to talk to the car as part of the security system. The new keys are pretty expensive, plus they must be programmed by the Nissan dealer in order for them to work with your car.
I would definitely get back to your salesman and remind him of his promise. He probably realized after the fact how costly the keys are and is hoping you don't pursue it. I wouldn't let it drop. I'd hold him to his promise.

| I'll do that .However I already ordered 2 transponder keys and a remote(total cost $45) which can be program by nissan dealership (cutting of the keys and prog including the remnote) for $48. I was so happy to get the Mo for $21K with 12k miles that I took the key and remote problem lightly at that time. happiness didn't last long ,I rally need the extra key and the remote . Don't misunderstand me,I rreally like the Murano especially what I experienced lately driving the MO in the snowstorm (11 inches )here in RI. Appreciate you advise. Thanks |

| YES! model FCC-KBRASTU15(see my 1st post) bought in EBay for $16 ( not sure now) and 2 key total $46(2keys and 1 remote)Followed instruction given to program remote but can not make it work. Had RI Nissan dealer program keys and 1 remote for $60. Be careful some dealership ask $150 for the same job. So far everything are working fine . Hope this help. Good luck |
