| I own a 2005 Nissan Murano AWD/SE. Is there anything I can do to add some kind of RCA jack or input plug that can be accessed when I hit the TAPE button? I do not own an iPod...just an MP3 player and would love to plug it in instead of using those crappy FM modulators. Thanks!!! |

Thanks! I looked one up because to be honest, I have no clue what you meant. I have been reading alot of these threads and the acronyms are just all over the place ;-) This is all foreign stuff to me - although with the help of some people here I was able to swap out the XM radio that came with my Murano with a Sirius one.
So am I to assume there is a jack in the back of the stereo unit labeled TAPE that I would just swap out with this device? Some of the pictures I have seen of this PAC adapter say something about SAT Connector - I definately want to keep my Sirius Satellite. |

| Depending on what version radio you have any model year of vehicle, you get Pacific Aidio Corporation auxiliary audio input. This unit basically goes in line between your sat cable and the radio. You unplug the sat radio harness, plug that into the PAC unit, then plug the PAC unit into the back of the radio. You use the SAT or radio button on the radio unit to select the auxiliary sound input. You can still use the SAT signal as well. Here are the instructions (see below) |
