I am interested in seeing how others are veiwing the style changes on the new MO.
If you were in the market for a new MO, and given the opportunity to select a body style, would you opt for the current (2003-2007) style or the soon-to-be available (2009) style? Now remember, I am only talking about the exterior and interior styling, not the features. For the sake of this poll we are assuming features such as standard push-button ignition, optional powered liftgate, Bluetooth, optional dual panel moonroof, 9.3GB Music Box with compact flash card slot, etc. are availble in both the current and new body-designs.
Well, which style do you prefer?

by lumping the external and interior styles together.
I like the current external and the soon to be internal.
Overall I would rather have the new one.....which was their goal I suppose.......but I wouldn't do it as the external style turns me off.
I voted for the current one, Style ONLY.

Until the 2009's are out on the road and people see them driving around and in person...it's tough to make the call.
99% of the people right now (me included) would be basing their decision on pictures and nothing else.
I for one like many things about the 2009, but I also like many things (different) about the 2007. Each is gong to have their advantages, but as a whole package, the 2009 seems to have the upper hand. Once again, style alone...gotta wait til I see one and then it might be awhile. First few dozen times I saw the original Murano I was conflicted. |

| For body style, the old MO. For content, the new MO - I can live with the new styling (which I think is actually more mainstream and boring) since it also comes with a more powerful engine, enhanced CVT, and substantially upgraded interior. Wish they still made the sport tuned SE version though - that was the only reason I bought the MO. |

| On both external and interior. The new one doesn't stand out any more - I will be looking for something else (X5 or VW) after my 03 retired. |

| If the '09 body didn't have any badging on it, I'd have to think it was a General Motors product. That said, maybe I'll think differently when I see one in person instead of just in pictures. |
