Here is the Sirius Tuner which I removed from my '03 MO when I traded for the Prius. Probably should have left it behind, but what is done, is done.
Nissan Part No. 286-6111-04. Sirius says it's ready to be activated! Note: Unless there is something I am not aware of, these older tuners do not receive the channels above 184.
This unit was purchased in December 2004. Ground screw is in place. Soft side of Velcro strips on bottom for mounting. There are a couple pictures below.

Antenna not included. You'll need one for the older style connector, or a splitte
r for the newer style connectors. I'm not sure that the splitter is required. The connector shown in the picture below matches the left antenna connection on the tuner. I believe the second connector was for ground based signal repeaters. You may want to read through the Sat Install for more info.
