I'm looking to buy a new Murano, but would rather rent on for several days to really get a feel for it. It also eliminates the dealer pressures. I've tried a couple of the rental car companies but none seem to rent them.
Does anyone know who rents one?
BTW, I'm going to the DC Autoshow next week and I'll grab some pics if they have the Murano there. |

Welcome to the forum.
Enterprise rents Muranos. That is how I came to fall in love with the MO. My Jeep was in for some extended service so I rented a brand-new Murano from Enterprise. After my Jeep was repaired I hung onto the MO for an extra week or so. I was sorry to give it back. Shortly thereafter I bought a new MO.

| I tried Enterprise. They said they did not have Muranos. Maybe the local people are not so swift. I'll give them another shot. |

You may have to hunt around a bit. I recently rented a van from Enterprise and noticed there were no MOs on their lot. However, earlier this summer I dropped a friend off at a different Enterprise location and there was a showroom-clean white MO sitting out front.
Good luck.

I was talking to the Toyota dealer here and asked if they rented vehicles. He said they had a few because of excatly what Njoe was talking about. He did not want his customers finding something they liked better while their vehicle was having body/service work done.
However, he did not have rentals for potential buyers. ??????? The Nissan dealer just said "NO."
Dealers should pick up on this. I always try to rent anyhting I am looking to buy for a week to get the feel of it. The Mo did not disapoint. |
