| I know that list prices just came out on Tuesday, but when ( and where) do you think that someone might list the dealer invoice prices to I can have some "serious" discussions with my dealer. Just wondering. Take care! |

I am not sure when it will be out…..probably Edminds.com will have it soon….
But do not expect too much in terms of going well below MSRP. It will depend on the market demand. Car is new and I am pretty sure the dealers will try to get as much as possible. Is the car hot? We do not know yet….time will tell. What I do know is what happened to CTS last few months. The car was so hot that many dealers did not want to go below MSRP. Take it or leave it….Back to the topic – check Edmunds…..and wait a few weeks to see the market reaction… |

Thanks Kris. If I have to, I will order an LE since I can wait the eight weeks, so maybe I won't have to compete with others who want what's sitting on the lot. BTW, here's an email I just received from Edmunds…

| I can give you a ball park of the invoice compared to MSRP since I have a 09, The invoice is about $3000 less than MSRP, give or take a few hundred, depending on what options you get. I know a fully loaded LE AWD is about a $3000 difference. |

When i was at the dealer... and the guy knew I wasn't buying yet... just in conversation he said they aren't going to really negotiate prices and selling them at what they are listed for. They know there aren't that many out there yet and people want them... so they know they will get it.
Is it true? i dunno |
