Hi to all you DIY'ers! Here's a new tool I just manufactured(:p ) to help when changing the oil filter.
This new and improved version will prevent oil drips onto the chassis of your vehicle when removing the oil filter.
You can make it yourself.....take an empty(preferably) windshield fluid jug or anything in that shape; cut the profile as shown; and voila! You have your own Gizmo 2000:D |

| Important part of the manufacturing process.....make sure you keep the "formed" portion at the bottom. This provides stiffness and a flat surface to push against the oil filter mounting surface. |

That's a deal; I'll have to lower my price to just $9.99 and I'll include 4 liters of oil too:2: |

I've got a similar half-gallon version made out of an orange juice jug.
Dang - I should have gotten a patent so I could demand some money from you. ;) |
