Had the front right wheel bearing replaced. As soon as I drove the car onto the street that day, I heard a new sound. It is a clicking, sometimes loud and other times faint.
It can be heard from within the cabin, coming somewhere (I think) from within the dash-engine area.
It cannot be heard outside with windows down.
I noticed it appears more pronounced when it's 30° or colder out. When I accelerate it seems to go away, however when coasting the clicking sound is present.
When I slow down whether breaking or coasting, it "tisk-tisk-tisk-tisssssssssssssk" and sound is gone. It does not make this sound while idling.
Sound seems to be in synch with the speed or revolutions the wheels are turning. |

I have had the same problem before,
It might be the emergency brack.
When the sound starts, tab lightly on the emergency brack "an inch or so" if the sound stops when you tabe, then your emergency back needs some tighten. |

Welcome to the forum.
Who replaced the front wheel bearing? I suggest taking it back to them. Since the noise starting immediately after they replaced the bearing it is obvious to me that they did something to initiate the clicking sound.
They is also a service bulletin (NTB07-093) that is for "CLICKING NOISE FROM FRONT AXLES DURING TAKE-OFF/ACCELERATION". The fix involves applying Molykote M77 grease to the front wheel driveshaft bearing surfaces, and re-torquing the axle nut to 147 ft-lbs.

:1: Sounds like you have a bad Rezeppa joint, commonly called the outboard joint on a front drive axle.
Unless the boot has ruptured you have two choices, replace $$$ or live with it. |
