For those lucky ones with an 09 Murano LE, a couple of questions about Bluetooth.
1. When a call comes in, what if anything is displayed?
2. What voice commands are supported?
3. When voice dialing, can names be used or just numbers/digits?
4. What has been your experience with the quality of the calls?
5. Any particularly neat features about the Bluetooth implementation?
Thanks! |

I've got a SL, but it has the tech package/bluetooth. I'm using it with an Apple iPhone. Works like a charm. When I start the car up, it connects to the phone and displays "Arion's iPhone" briefly on the console screen. Whenever a phone is connected, there is a signal strength meter displayed also.
1. Um, I can't remember exactly what is displayed -- I've only received a couple of calls while in the car and didn't look down at the screen. The stereo is turned down and a "ring" sound is displayed though the speakers.
2. You can use voice to dial from your pre-programmed address book or to dial numbers as spoken. "eight zero zero five five five one two one two"
3. You can record "voice tags" for your address book entries. Then you can dial them by just repeating the tag. Not sure what the limit on how many you can record is though (would have to check the manual)
4. The '09 Murano is the first car I've owned with integrated bluetooth or any type of custom-car bluetooth system (before I just used a normal bluetooth headset while driving). I'm *very* happy with the voice quality. Can hear the other party fine through the car's speakers and the people I've spoken with have said I sounded fine, even at highway speeds.
5. Um, it just works :-) I guess it has some other good features I'm not using, like the ability to pair with multiple phones and easily switch between them, etc. I believe you can also associate different phone profiles with different smartkeys if you have an LE model. |

1. It displays the number calling and if its in memory the name etc. The car lists the battery status and signal strength. |
