New member to forum, so I apologize if a million others have asked this before. I have a 2004 Murano, and want to upgade my exhaust - similar to what I did with my Vette. I'd like to get the sound of the 350Z or the Infinity SUV (can't understand why NISSAN didn't make our Murano's sound better). Can anybody offer any suggested exhaust upgrades to the sound I want (brands/models)? If I could get it to sound like the 350Z, I'd be very happy! Thanks. Jeff in snowed-in Ohio.

If you do a search, there are several threads. One thing to keep in mind, it will never sound like a Z car or FX. The engine stays at stead revs while accelerating, so you'll get a steady sound instead of the normal engine sounds.

JKing-

Welcome to the forum.

Check out this thread from Linky - Linky's Performance Exhaust For Less. He came up with a great, affordable solution for modifying the MO's exhaust system.

Just keep in mind, the MO will never sound like the Z. Thanks to the CVT, the modified MO will sound more like a VQ-powered motorboat.
