I am having a ball with the built-in hard drive and compact flash card for music and MP3's. In fact, a lot of podcasts I used to listen to on my Zune I now listen to via the compact flash - it's just so easy.
Except for one thing.
I would like to advance a few minutes _within_ an MP3/WMA file - not skip to the next or previous file, but just move a bit within the one currently playing.
I cannot find a way to do this in the manual or my random button clicking. Any ideas?
Thanks!

I hope I understood the problem correctly...
This is from the Manual (4-50):
"When the >> (fast forward) or << (rewind)
button is pushed for more than 1.5 seconds
while the CompactFlash card is being played,
the CompactFlash card will play while fast
forwarding or rewinding. When the button is
released, the CompactFlash card will return to
the normal play speed.
When the >> or << button is pushed for less
than 1.5 seconds while the CompactFlash card
is being played, the next track or the beginning
of the current track on the CF will be played."

That was IT! Fantastic. The longer you hold the button down the faster it goes. Perfect!
Clear case of RTFM to be sure!
Thanks!
