Hey!
Try ebay, I have seen a bunch of them with the harness and switch. You even have a choice between a clear or amber lens. I am not sure but I think there is a thread for the install.

I've seen some on Ebay, but some say they are only for 03 - 05 - are all Muranos fog lights not the same from 03 - 07?
I just found this set that has a dual stage switch, on for parking (a blue LED light) and one for the fog lights.

Look for oem fogs
BTW 03 to 07 are all the same. |
