| Are the Homelink Universal buttons illuminated? It's very tough to see which button to press at night. |

TnT-
The 2009's mirror looks to be the same as the previous MOs. If that is the case then the buttons are NOT illuminated.
I think Nissan dropped the ball on this one. First of all, the buttons should be illuminated. Plus, the buttons should not be located on the edge of a middle-hinged mirror. It is too easy to inadvertently move the mirror when pressing a button.
Illuminated buttons on the dash or headliner would make more sense.

| I have a 2009 LE and the buttons are not illuminated. I agree this is not a good location for the homelinke buttons. |

hahaha you people are just being picky.... it works and it doesnt take much pressure to push the button.... theres 3 buttons to choose from.... if you concern about moving the mirror then use the middle button which is pretty hard to miss if you can see the mirror which i hope you can or else you shouldn't really be driving.... and you can use your thumb to push it while supporting the mirror with your other fingers from the back.... very simple.... i dont have an issue with it.....
if you cant get comfortable with it then just use your ordinary garage opener remote that came with the garage opener.... |

We are not being picky, we just have higher expectations and standards than you do. :2:
