Hello everyone this is my first post. I am coming out of a Subaru Impreza WRX with a fair amount of mods. I saw throttle body spacers on ebay and was wondering if anyone has tried them. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/OBX-...sspagenameZWDVW
Thanks for your help |

I had one of these on my 03 maxima 35vq, didn't really make a big deal on that. With the CVT in the mo, I would think its a waste of money |

Try this instead. I have it on my Maxima:

I only see a block plate for the MO. Is there a kit that I am not seeing? What kind of improvement did you feel? |

| I haven't put this on my Murano yet, only my Maxima. I'm waiting for my Murano warranty to be up before I consider it. This is a quality product. There are a lot of Altimas and Maximas running around with this on. I believe one forum member installed this with a Kinetix intake manifold (you do 90% of the labor of the Kinetix while doing the spacers). This install is not for the novice, make sure you read the install literature first. |

The idea for throttle body spacers goes back to carb engines. On a carb engine (called a carburator plate or spacer) it would usually be made of a less heat conductive material.
