I have an 07 'S' and have access to a OEM Bose head unit. My main thing is that it has a 6 discs built in and it plays MP3.
My question is...will it plug directly into the wiring I have now in the 'S' replacing the non Bose unit?
Do I need the Bose AMP to get this to work? Anything needed to get it to function?
My hope is that it plugs directly in with nothing else required.

I don't think it is a direct plug in. Here are the differences:
1) BOSE headunit does not have an amp
2) BOSE speakers are 2ohm, vs normal 4ohm speakers on non bose |
