I have an '04 SL Mo w/touring & Nav with 109,000. I LOVE THIS CAR. But dealer says I need new trans valve body ($1400), new catalytic converter (another $1400), new motor mount ($600), new tires ($700) and all new brakes ($????). New Mo costs too much to buy & fuel.
I drive about 100 mi/day on SoCal freeways and with gas today @ $3.89/gal I am considering a hybrid. Pruis is too small for me, Camry drives like my Grandpa's '68 Olds 98 so that leaves the Altima Hybrid. Love the Tech Pkg and the sporty ride.
I saw GripperDon had posted on a hybird forum about his dislike for his Altima Hybrid. Don are you still out there? Still have the NAH? I trust your opinion after many years lurking in this awsome forum.
