I am looking for some options to my problem with my 2005 Murano's passenger door lock and tailgate lock. Sometimes they work and most times they don't. This is very frustrating considering the engineering flaw of not having key entry for the tailgate. Nissan dealer wants $1500.00 to fix the problem! I consider this an insult.
Any advice would be appreciated. I like the Murano, but I will trade it before I pay $1500.00 to fix a problem that is Nissan's responsibility. |

Did the dealer actual say what they were going to fix/replace?
What exactly is the issue?
