| I was thinking i'd like to just upgrade the speakers (not the woofer box in spare tire) and leave the rest. Is this an easy task - straight swap? I'm not sure what the ohms are of the Bose speakers. |

There's a host of information regarding the Bose upgrade. If you do a search; you will find lots of info.
BTW-The Bose speakers are 2 ohms and others have used 2 ohm rated infinty speakers for the straight swap. |

| I have found some 2 ohm JBLs that work well also. I have an Infinity Kappa component set in the front and JBL coax in the rear door. |
