| I am just curious if anybody else has this problem or is annoyed by this “feature” with the Bose non navigation stereo on a 2005 MO. I don’t do a lot of highway driving, so my daily commute consists mostly of 35-45 mph roads with plenty of stops for traffic and lights. I have noticed that the radio must have speed sensitive volume and it kicks in somewhere between 30 and 40 mph which is very annoying, during the drive it is constantly raising the volume up and down! Meanwhile the “road noise” does not change all that much from 30 to 40 or even to 50 from what I can tell. Does anybody know if mine is maybe not working correctly or even better, is there some way to disable this terrible “feature”?? Thanks |

hi krellblue,
the speed sensing volume can be taking off if you go into your stereo setting (bass, treble, etc) and set at off the SSV. It could also be set at low and high i believe. The same thing append to me lately and found this out. |
