I've seen some pics on here of them - do they work well on the MO?
Increased mileage or horsepower that is noticable?
thanks |

The short answer is no - I have a JWT cone intake and I don't feel it gives more power or better mileage. It does add a nice growl to the engine though, which makes the vehicle a little more interesting to drive since the CVT is smooth but also eliminates the revving noises.

I have a True Flow CAI and it did help me get 2mpg better, however no real noticable HP gains. It's kinda salty in price for the 2mpg, might not be worth it......but I still like it!

i had one and like the other two i didnt notice an increase in fuel economy. the roar of the intake engulfed the whole cabin though... i still miss that sound

I have a JWT popcharger that sounds great. I put it on so soon after buying the Murano I couldn't tell you about any change in mileage or HP, but it pulls pretty strong at wot. I like it in any case.

I had a JWT pop charger that I put on after a year or so, then took off, then put back on again. I found it added HP but reduced torque. It shifted the torque peaks up by about 500 RPMs. I say peaks plural because the variable intake causes there to be two, instead of one. One peak with the variable intake closed, and another with it open.
