17" tires? - Click HERE for Original Thread

I'm looking for a set of winter tires for my Murano. There are a set of used Vredestein wintracs for sale locally. They are 265/65/17. They were used on a Murano previously. I'm wondering if I would have any issues with them. I'm not crazy about lowering an inch for the winter, but it will save a lot of money. Has anyone else used 17"?

Will the tires be already on 17" rims? It would also affect your speedometer reading.
I hope you are talking all 4 tires too?

The snow tires are actually taller than the stock wheels by 0.6 inches. Your MO will be riding approximately the same as it does now.

The newer wheels will affect your speedometer/odometer reading by approximately 1.8%. When the speedometer reads 60 you will actually be going 61.1 mph.
