I am looking to purchase a set rim/tire setup and because of the deal being offered it doesnt make sense to by the rims seperately.
I was looking to see if members who are more familiar with what tire sizes fit can attempt to answer this question before I proceed with it.
I was wondering if 295/35/22 tires fit on our 1st Gen Murano's.
Package are coming off of an Infiniti FX35 so not sure how different they are in accomodating those types of sizes? Overall diameter is practically spot on, but the width is of concern.
Your thoughts? |

After running the comparison that Stoker listed; there seems to only be a .3% difference on the speedo. That's not too bad at all.
I think that size tire/rim combo could look quite sick on the MO! It'll be like having your own personal road paver:D |

LOL.
Here is a pic of the combo I am looking to run.... Does anyone know how to photoshop these on a Murano? I got a black Murano.

My main concern wasnt the height/diameter but more so the width. Will it hit the brake/suspension, will it rub the fenders?
I would love to run this as it would make the stance different with the wide rubber, etc. |

I remember somebody running 275. 295 might be too wide and cause rubbing.
Also you will loose ride comfort in a big way…. |

| I know there are people running 275 but want someone to confirm if rubbing will happen for sure. This is 2.6"s wider than stock. |

| I just put some 285/50/20's on my wifes MO today and they fit really well. They just barely rub on the plastic inner fender in front of the strut above the frame towards the bottom. It only does it when you hold it against the steering stop and it is smooth plastic, so I am not overly worried. I used to have some 275/40/22's on the car and it rode horrible, wandered. etc. These 20s ride and drive very close to stock and look very beefy. The rear view is almost as good as the BMW X................ |
