Even certain residential Direct tv's customers who are using the dish network are complaining about blurry pictures, and in the end they go back to cable...
Dont get me wrong, my parents uses direct tv and they love it.
SO i am not a stereotype on dish technology. But having such "dish" mobile in our Mo, wont it has the potential to compound the where-you-mount-the-dish-matters problem?

Well, first of all, DirecTV and the Dish Network are two different companies....you have one or the other....not both. The TracVision system works with DirecTV not The Dish Network.
I have DirecTV at home and I've never had "blurry" picture problems...only the normal severe weather issues that all sats have from time to time.
This system is suppose to "track" the DirecTV sats as you drive.
This the closest thing to a review that I have found...apparently customers are very happy with it:
