| Hey guys my alternator died. It started with a tick in the front end of the car, then about a week later the battery and the parking brake light turned on simultaneously. The car died while I was coming back from work, luckily I was pulling in my driveway when it happened. I called Nissan road side assistance and had it towed to the dealer. They had one alternator in stock. It seems that it's not an unusual problem with the '03 models. They said it takes about three hrs. to install it and they couldn't have it done today. I'm now driving a loaner (Sentra) for the weekend. What a change!!! I miss my MO already. |
