Cargo Organizer - Click HERE for Original Thread

Hello -

I was wondering if anyone else has the cargo organizer. It was kind of strange how I ended up with mine. When I got the Murano the sales guys couldn't find the cargo net - and no one looked ino the hidden storage box in the back. I poked them in the eye about my missing cargo net and when I brought it back to it a switch replaced on the passenger seat I again said I wanted my darn cargo net.

When I picked the car up after they finished with it - I went to check on my new cargo net - and this organizer thing was there. I was a bit surprised. Anyway it is kind of cool - but also a bit of a pain. Great to keep things from rolling around.

Anyway - was just wondering!

Thanks!

I didn't have a cargo net in my new MO either. Is it included in all MOs? If so, I need to go down to the dealer and B & M, so I can get a cargo net or an organizer like yours.

You probably already did this - but did you check in the storage bin on the left side in the back. I was just looking around and that is where I found my cargo net - so now I have the cargo net and the cargo organizer...
HwnMurano
yep, looked there and in all the other hidden compartments. Thanks!

Cargo net only comes with Premium or above packages. If you get the base model (No Roof Racks/No Bose/No Adjustable Pedals) you won't get the cargo net. I got a base model and did not get Cargo Net either.

Yep, got the base model SE. Thanks for the tip.:bonk: :cursin: :bonk:

No problem. I may pull the net out of my Outlander and see if it will stretch.

duaneellison: If The Cargo Organizer that you got is for the Mo. that was a pretty nice little gift cause I think they're around $100.00 .

When I test drove my Murano the dealer had the cargo organizer in back as bait. Well, I liked it and bought it, too! It is a pain if you need to get in the storage bins. Fortunately, I mainly store emergency type junk in them. The thing I like best about the organizer is how nice it is to load up groceries, tools, etc. and not have them rolling all over the place.

Lee Auto has it listed for $132.00 http://www.leeauto.com/parts/murano.html

1st Nissan shows it for $118.80 http://www.1stnissanparts.com/default.php/cPath/22_39

I wonder if forgetting the cargo net is a widespread problem.. happened to me, too. Called the dealer when I got home, and went right back to get it.

It was a pretty nice gift. When I got home I looked it up online to figure out what it was. I was just expecting the net. I ended up installing both the organizer and net. At least nothing rolls around back there.

I pretty much gave up on the storage bins like Dale said it is a pain to move everything to get into them. But it was a pain with just the Cargo Area Protector in there anyway.

Either way I really like my Murano, and my wife didn't kill me after I bought it - so that was a plus too! (She was kind of out of town for a few weeks and I ended up buying it):)

It seems foolish but what is the correct configuration for the cargo net, I tried several ways, the cargo net has six hoes but the two at the middle has also two strech bands, and the cargo area has six rings, four at the bottom and two rounded ones at the top, so chances are...

any pics are welcome...

mgarciah . . . found a pic for you. Hope it helps.

Cargo net

I have the bottom attached the way eager states, not like the picture shows. I guess either way is o.k.
