To all of you techys out there,
I am thinking about mounting a cheap 7 inch portable DVD player, that I already own and is sitting useless in the garage, in my MO. I plan to mount it right behind the center dome light where I can easily get to power. The problem I am going to have is that the picture is going to be upside down. Is there an easy way to invert the image?
I think I can identify most of the components and I know I can solder but that just about sums up my knowledge in electronics! Should I even try??? |

Best I can think is open up the bezel of LCD, invert it upside down, connect all connectors thru soldering jumper wires.
I would mount it FLAT and use a MIRROR to see the image,

| That is a great idea! Now why didn't I think of that? I do not know a thing about electronics and this solution does not require any. Not so sure about the mirror setup though! Thanks. |
