Has anyone else experienced problems with the non-GPS stereo setup during cold weather?
It's starting to get cold at night here in OR and the past few nights after a couple of hours out in the cold the tape deck becomes picky about playing my tape adaptor for my iPod. After 5-10 minutes of running heat everything is back to normal again.
I also came out to my car the other night and had the only CD in my changer ejected for me. Again, 5-10 minutes of warming up/driving and everything was normal again.
Is it just my MO having this problem?
I'm eventually going to get the PAC so this won't be an issue but that's probably 3-4 months away. |

| I experience the same problem with my 97 GMC Z71 truck. The CD will eject upon starting the vehicle only when its below freezing. Once the cab is warmed up, I can reinsert the CD without any further problems. |
