| It 3 days Gripp cut Jaaks lead in half. I would give it less than a week but Jaak may have a comeback. Even then, unless Gripp gets occupied by his new grandbaby, he will pass Jaak in one or two weeks tops. I have no doubt about it. :4: |

This things to talk about:
1; Got the xbox back from Generator today,
2. Got a new HDTV Today.
3. Got the Intelligent Key again today ( another whole story but it works.)
4. New and Different Inverter Today.
5. Got a Rear bumper Protector to install today.
6. Got new 100watt bulbs to put into the driving lights(actual draw) Today
7. Both Driving lights filled with water today ( record rains in AZ ) give me back my desert and my drought. I didn't move here for Grey or rain.
8.Pretty much settled on which implementation of the Linux system for the X-box today.
9. The USB adapter for the X-box came two day ago.
10. Think I found the CAN compatible reader for real time info posting on the NAV Screen a new development.
11. Called the Turn Signal Mirror guy trying to arrange a group discount, Looks like "Maybe"
12. Delayed on the for the Tech Ham license, more study.
So their is lots of MO stuff going on to post about. I'll try to make it informative, interesting and funny. Grip :D |

| I hope I have cool stuff like that to do when I retire. Grip-what type of HDTV did you get? Are you using Satellite or Cable for the feed? Just interested as I too will be looking at a new set soon. Oh as far as the poll I say a week and a half. |

Grip
As pertaining to the driving lights, there is a drain slot on the bottom edge where the glass meets metal. Water got in every time I washed the MO.When you take them out to replace the bulbs, work some HI temp silicone sealer into the gap.
I then drilled a small vent hole in the bottom of the rear section.
Which bulbs did you get. |

Talks about RTV etc.
The bulbs, Hold on now I Got the Sylvania Osram in the 100 watt DRAW!!!!. I plan on taping "temporally" one of my digital remote therometers to the side of the housing and monitoring for any problems/

1. The brother in Law came to town and we had bought on his behalf the home two doors down so the Grippee's sister and their mom can come and visit in the winter and we had a house closing to do and a LOT OF WORK to get the home ready.
2. The new Granddaughter got some visiting and they live about 1 1/2 hour round trip.
3. I am copying all that stuff back onto the Xbox after it returned from Generator with a new HD in it.
4. Grippe got a TIVo and i had to hook it up and give some quickie instructions.
5. Etc. ETC.

This is a 44inch LCD and like my Samsung DLP big boy in the main room both run on VOOM supplemented by a earth Windgaurd 007 to get the local Digital and HD on the air transmission for a total of 42 HD channels, Sweet. Voom is broadcast by the Rainbow DBS previously owned by Cable Vision and recent ( days ago) my the Barzon family who were board members. Voom will release their own HD Tivo type unit within 90 days.
By the Way Target has a great special this week a $199 Tivo with a $100 rebate! Get them while they last.... GRIP :D |
