Today, there was a Murano parked across the street from me, one on the next street, another three streets away, one driving behind me, they're everywhere! And even when you don't drive your Murano anymore, you still pick the nice cars!:D |

I'm suprised you don't see many MOs around. On average I see 5 a day. That helped in my new car decision, however now that I have the 8 I see them everywhere too. :3: |

| I saw my 1st Mo and flashed her. I guess since I own a Mo know I will notice them more. I keep locking my drivers door when getting out, will have to watch to see what I`am doing .No rattles just getting use to the CVT and how it drags a little when you let off the gas. |

I love how the CVT is linked to the engine and slows the vehicle down. It's a touch of a standard in an automatic, that's always in the right gear.
Tap the brakes and the controller changes the CVT in anticipation and will create more engine braking.
At first, it's different and can be surprising. Once you get used to it, it's fabulous!
I wish the G35x came with a CVT....:p |

I decided to keep track this week.
I saw 1 yesterday and 1 so far today.
So that means so far I've seen about....., OK you do the math.
By the way, welcome to the club Mr Ken.
Jaak, I agree with your opinion on the CVT. When I first test drove this car, I almost didn't buy it because I felt like it didn't coast. Now that I've adjusted to the engine braking dynamics, I wouldn't want it any other way. |

Not to hijack this thread too, but a belated congratulations Jaak! Your big day kind of got lost in all of the recent bruhaha. Thank you. :) Now stop it already! I'm just one guy and one guy does not make a forum! It's already been proven, that it's the community of people that makes the forum succeed, more than forum itself. FA used to thrive while this one was dead. Now it's the reverse, as people moved.
Look Mr3Putt (under the witness protection program) doesn't even have a Murano anymore and he's still here! (I miss his Murano, it was a nice one...)
It's too bad some people never made the move, but instead faded away. Like Tman and TattooTony. I actually met Tman finally. Hey Tyler, look jaak is real, you can ask Tman! I even bought an almost new V600 from him. He's now in MD and has a G with his Murano.
I think it's so cool how you can make friendships through a vehicle.
Wouldn't mind some McLaren friends as well...:D |

FYI Jaak, I'm still Mo-ing along, just hit 20K.
Last week, I tracked my MO sightings, here are the scientific results.
Monday: 1
Tuesday: 1
Wednesday: 1
Thursday: 2
Friday: 2
Saturday: 1
Sunday: 1
(Sunday's MO was Black Rack-free SE, like mine, in the church parking lot) Out of state plates, those New Yorkers know their Mo's.
So I saw less than 10 MO's in a 7 day period. I like those results. |
