hi all!
my MO has about 5,000 mi on it and i just noticed that when going uphill at about 20-30 mph i can hear slightly grinding noise that comes either from the semi-axels, or some other joints in the powertrain. i am not 100% sure but that is my guess.
i have a FRONT wheel drive, SL MO.
anybody else noticed that sound? should i be worried?

| Early on, there was a rash of wheel bearing failures. Might want to have yours checked out by the dealer. |

well, i hear this noise only when going uphill (not necessarily steep) when the engine is using some extra power at not high RPMs (1700-2200). |
