Rear Stop Light burnt out. How do I replace the bulb? - Click HERE for Original Thread

I need to replace a bulb in my rear passenger side stop light. I can't figure out how to remove the stop light housing. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

well from what i've observed, what you do is open the hatch and there are 2 or 3 plastic covers hideing the retaining bolts. undo those bolts and either pull the tail light straight back or right. hope that helps

Since all passenger in the rear are well... passengers do you mean a tail light or the third brake light?

The third brake light bulb is accessible from the cover that is in the inside of the hatch. Just gently pull it out and you will have access to the bulb.

To replace a tail light bulb pretty much as stated by Nissanlove.

1. Remove rear combination lamp.
2. Turn bulb socket counterclockwise and unlock it.
3. Remove bulb.
4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
