hi all, i was running really low on gas yesterday and the DTE screen showed me *, so i went filled it up ( just 10--15 litres since i would be heading to a lake today or tomorrow where its about 5 --6 cents cheaper). so anyways, even after that its still showing me a * and the needle for gas is at just above the last line, i.e ~ 20%.
any ideas why it isnt showing me the actual distance but rather the *

| "*" comes on when you roughly have 2 gallons (5.5 liters) left in your tank. That is about 10% of the tank capacity. It should go away when you added gas, but if you added only 10 liters (3.5 gallons), it probably will take time for it to detect it. However, your needle showing 20% is about right. |
