After long period of driving (1 to 2 hours), I've noticed a surging from a dead stop. For example, from a stop light I would hit the gas, but my Murano would have a 1 to 2 second delay and then "BAM" the car would accelerate as if I was stomping on the pedal :confused: This can be dangerous for other drivers, since my Murano will almost jump from a dead stop. Honestly, I have not taken my Murano to the dealership yet, since it only happened 3 or 4 times.
The next time it happens, I'll bring the car to the dealership. If I turn my engine off for a few minutes, the car seems to reset itself and everything is fine. Milage 13,240. |

| Take it to the dealer SOON. There have been a few of these reported on FA. In at least one case the problem was a faulty controller. |
