On the weekend I pulled my '03 MO out of the garage in the morning. When I went to pull it back in there was a HUGE split in the window.
Nothing could have struck the windshield as it was parked high up on the drive back about 1 foot from the garage door. There are no kids or outside influences that could have cause the crack.
As well there is no sign of a chip indicating there was impact. Basically it was a really hot day approx. 32 degrees C or about 90 degrees F. + Humedex = really HOT
The same thing happened to a friend who has a '04 MO. He had to fight to get it claimed under warranty. |

| A crack without any impact of any type is clearly a factory defect. I have had my MO parked in 100+ degree temp and although I have many rock chips on it, no cracks have started. |

| sounds like one of those stress cracks that a couple members have had. it should all be under warranty. |
