Dad just came back from a business trip in asia and he told me that the so called Toyota Fortuner suv is quite a ride...
It is not in US market, i wonder why...

| I like it - its sort of a cross between the RX330 and the 4Runner. I am next expecting any big changes for the next Highlander though - if anything it will get some of the new Lexus IS/GS or Avalon avant garde styling, and the V6 will likely be upgraded to 3.5L. |

Fortuner is manufactured in Thailand and is already in Singapore. We only have the 2.7l model.
General comments from Thailand made Toyota is that the quality is not as good as the ones made in Japan. The comparison is made based on people driving both Japan and Thailand made Camary.
Singapore is a city state and most people prefer to drive a car-based vehicle rather than a truck-based one. |
