| Has anyone noticed uneven tire wear from the front tires it seems like they are feathering just like the 350zs. I own a Z and murano so I am aware of the front end problems with the Z. My 04 murano has 25,000 miles on it and there is more wear on the out side treads than the rest of the tire. My cousin has an 04 with about the same milage same tire problem with his. My father has an 04 with 55,000 also has same tire wear. anyone heard anything about this? |

If there was some premature area specific tire wear on the front, it would be neutralized by the tire rotations.
Now if you don't do tire rotations..........
I rotate the tires every 7000 miles. 3 times so far (I have 25,000 miles) and there is no area specific wear patterns developing.
However, being a little sensitive to hydroplaning, I doubt that I will get more than about 35,000 miles on the tires as a set.
I'm going to be looking at the early adopters of the Michelin Crossterrain Ts.

| I will be honest I have not done any tire rotations but my father has, and he has the same tire wear as i do. If there is a problem with the front end, Like the 350zs have, tire rotations will not correct it only prolong tire replacement |

I rotate my tires every 5,000 miles. My first set lasted approximately 30K and there was some uneven wear.
I since then had new tires installed and alignment done - original was off. No more uneven wear pattern.
So I would advise you have wheel alignment check. |

| Make sure you are rotating the tires correctly. It is not the front to back pattern. The fronts chris-cross to the rear and the rears go forward to the front. I did not do that on my first rotation but saw it in the owners manual before the second. |
