Nissan charcoal activated cabin filter - Click HERE for Original Thread

There is a TSB out regarding the availability of the cabin charcoal filter so since I was coming on my 30K service, I got a parts quote from Courtesy for it.

List: 61.00
Courtesy price: $52.70

Partsamerica.com (aka Kragen) shows cabin air filters from Purolator for $12 each, much less than even the normal $25 non charcoal filters from Nissan. Its easy to guess which one I'm going with.

Holy crap! Seriously? That's a LOT of money for a frickin' filter!!!

Too bad. I was liking the idea of this filter, but it's certainly not worth that price.
