Well, now that I'm back, I'm gonna be posting all my little MO quirks ;P
Anyone notice a difference in performance from a cold start when compared to running while warmed-up?
When I get my MO out in the morning, I've noticed that engine-breaking isn't as heavy as it is after having warmed up. For the first few miles, she seems arguably a bit more 'smooth' than later in my commute.
Anyone else notice a change in performance, even a slight one? |

| Yes. Hard to explain but obviously the computer is sensing temperature and changing things to compensate. I don't view it as a problem though. :) |

for some reason, i ALWAYS let me (cold) car run for about one minute before i drive it....'
guess it from the bikes i have owned, and their need to have a warmed motor..

Does anyone else notice a difference in the way the CVT works cold vs. warm (hot). When cold, engine revs are much higher and feels like more slipping is occuring vs. when engine and transmission are warmed up. I live on a hill and it is very pronounced in the morning.
Thanks:2: |

| Well it's not the CVT that's slipping. It's the computer controlling the torque converter. Although I don't have a hill here, I notice the rpm's are higher when cold. |

tomorrow morning its going to be cold here, so i will make a conscious observation into this occurance....
by cold, i mean low 70's or upper 60's...... but its all relative i guess........ |
