| Just a quick note to all here, I have been meaning to post this for a couple of weeks, but never have the time. Pinnacle Nissan in Phoenix is under review with Nissan for bad business practices. It is a good bet that either there will be major changes at Pinnacle soon or it's Nissan and Infinti dealerships will be revoked. Nissan opened an investigation into Pinnacles business practices after numerous complaints from customers, more than any other dealership. The most complaints being over extended warranty. Pinnacle sells third party extended warranties and represents them as nissan warranties. One of the owners of Pinnacle Nissan actually owns the warranty company. Several customers have actually filed lawsuits against Pinnacle. |
