Hi All,
I just had our MO worked on by Falore Nissan in Sunnyvale (replaced fuel pump and dampener to resolve fluttering sound; turned front rotors and replaced brake pads per TSB for brake squeal when backing up). The experience was great: attentive service managers and all at no cost to me.
I would be interested to know other first-hand opinions on local service centers, and whether others have had similar positive experiences at Falore.

I just been there twice for the 3rd month and 6th month services and had a good experience.
So they replaced it free of cost becus it was under warranty ? |

| Fuel pump & dampener were supposedly replaced under the drive train warranty. The brake TSB was performed gratis. Car has 30,400 miles on it - I purchased it from Falore (same place) almost 3 weeks ago with 29,997 miles on it. Can't tell yet whether they are doing this to earn my business (if so, it is working), or if they have enough flexibility after the fact to cover their costs with Nissan. |
