Do I need an alignment? - Click HERE for Original Thread

I'm finally getting some action from my dealer to fix my front end noise. They have ordered a new front wheel bearing and hub.
Will I need to have the front end aligned as a result of this work?
Gonzo
I would. Anytime doing major work like that I would have a four wheel alignment.

The dealer should perform the alignment as part of the work order.

I concur. Dealer should include it in the job. You want to be sure that there are no issues down the road with suspension/wheels/bearings that could have been avoided. It is also a good opportunity for you to have alignment check free of charge.

I to agree anytime you get work done on the front suspension or steering system you need to get a wheel alignment. That also goes true if you notice that your car is not steering properly( pulling to one side)

Good luck.

Nobody works for nothing. Not anymore anyway.
Not people at the dealership, not people here on the board.
IF Nissan will pay for the alignment, The service dept will do it.

I can see them doing a front end alignment.

But, I know if I was Nissan, I would not pay for a 4 wheel alignment for a front bearing/hub without any evidence of the necessity......
