Does anyone have specific/detailed directions to Retro fit / adapt
the wiring for putting 2006 LED Tail Lights into an 05 Murano?
If so can you please let me know or direct me to the thread?

This link will take you to a "white paper" penned by forum member Patrick Shine (a.k.a. protonz). It is an excellent, detailed explanation of the entire procedure. It is worth reading even if you do not plan on installing LED taillights (It is that good!).

I used the protonz white pages with a few mods... (thanks protonz)
Mounted my controller boxes on the inside, behind the grommets. Used 4 pin Weatherproof Electrical Connector, from autozone, so it looks factory.

The last and most important, I ditched the 8 dip switch board that was suggested and created my own with a etch kit from radio shack, zero jumpers and no possible way for a short! |

180 per taillight new, thats with shipping
the boxes cost 75 or so, for both
(including the 3M tape, RTV, grommets, etc) |
