It's part of Nissan's Crash Restraint Automatic Protection system. If the built-in G-meter detects high cornering forces it triggers the locks to further protect you. :bsflag:

| Many of us also have lots of experience with them locking on their own...... when you're gassing up the car, or out in the rain or any similar inconvenient scenario you can think of. It's part of Nissan's Car is Smarter Than You program!! ; ) |

Also, you have to take good care of your MO.
If you don't vacuum the carpet, they lock you out sometime.
