Does anyone changed the license plate light bulbs and back-up light bulbs...? Da thing seems stuck to the hatch...lol.

According to the Service Manual the bulbs are replaced from the inside of the hatch. The interior surface of the hatch must be removed to gain access to the bulbs.
This in insane. That is quite a bit of work to change the bulbs. I would have thought Nissan would have incorporated an access panel to facilitate lamp replacement.
Hopefully there are other forum members who can offer a easier method.

Oh, well better do it myself than pay the dealer $100 bucks for labor plus .25 cents for the bulb...lol

| Now I'm upset. I have a bulb over my license plate that is out, and it looks so ghetto. But remove the inside of the hatch for THAT?!? |

| Holy crap!!!! We have to go through all of that to replace a simple bulb. Now that is lame! |

| OK I had my previous car for 13 years... 210,000 miles. I never had to replace any bulbs in the rear of the car. I'm not worried about it. |
