All,
I pick up my new Murano tomorrow and am very excited about it.
Knowing that the Intelligent Keys are very expensive, I've asked my dealer to price out a couple of extra Intelligent Keys as part of the deal - hoping I can get a better deal.
He's quoting me:
$97.60 each for the fobs
$71.00 each for the key insert, cut
$45.00 total for the reprogramming
for a total of $382.20, averaging $191.10 per.
Ignoring whether it's a reasonable price :rolleyes:, is it a "normal" price?

We just bought a used MO and were given only one intelligent key so we went to the dealer to purchase an extra.
Cost: $90.00 for the key (remote and insert) + one hour labor to program, ~$90.00
a little pricey for a key. |

Thanks for the input.
As it turns out, the dealership only had one extra fob in stock, with *no* key inserts, so I didn't get any extras.
I'll check around online to see if I can get a better price...

ps - picked up my Murano yesterday and drove it home (140mi away) today. I think I'm really gonna like this car! |
