My 10 month old MO with 3,250 miles has developed bumps on the the top of rear hatch where it once aligned with the roof line. There are 2 bumps, one by each hinge. They are 1/4" high and 4" in lenght. I observed this yesterday while waxing. They were not there when I waxed 3 months ago. The hatch does not appear to be metal, but rather some kind of composite material.
Has anyone else experienced this deformity? I plan to report it to dealer when I take it in for service and fuel tank "recall". |

| quite a few members have commented on this. your hatch is warped and should be replaced under warrenty. your right that the hatch is a plastic composite material. |
