Just wondering if anyone has the Quality S. hitch receiver below? If so, could you post some pictures?

I have the old style Quality (not) hitch and it is a POS. Picture below is after 8 months with about 200 winter miles. In this picture you cannot see the lousy welds or open tube ends.
